CONTRACTOR’S DATA PROCESSED ON THE BASIS OF LEGAL PROVISIONS
(GDPR CLAUSE)
1. The administrator of personal data processed inconnection with the cooperation is FINGO sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław, pl. Powstańców Śląskich 7, tel. 71 332 99 60, e-mail: hello@fingo.net
2. The Data Protection Officer at FINGO sp. z o.o. is Kinga Brzozowska, e-mail iod@fingo.net. You can contact in all matters related to the processing of personal data.
3. Personal data will be processed for the purposes related to the cooperation, including in particular for the purposes of fulfilling obligations arising from the provisions of law.
4. The provision of personal data is a statutory requirement and the provision of such data is mandatory.
5. The processing of thepersonal data provided in connection with the cooperation is based on the provisions of law, in particular Article 6(1)(b)-(c) of Regulation (EU)2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on theprotection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal dataand on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC(General Data Protection Regulation) (Dz.U. EU. L. of 2016. No. 119, p. 1) – hereinafter referred to as GDPR.
6. The data may also be processed in connection with theassertion/defence of claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, Article 9(2)(f) ofthe GDPR), as a legitimate interest of the data controller.
7. The data subject has the right to request from the administrator access to their personal data, rectification, deletion orrestriction of processing, the right to object to processing, as well as theright to transfer data and the right to submit a declaration of withdrawal of any consent given at any time.
8. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
9. Personal data will be processed for the period required by law.
10. Personal data may be processed for the period of limitation of claims.
11. The data will not be passed on to other entities unless the data subject gives their consent.
12. The data will not be transferred to thirdcountries/international organizations.
13. The data will not be processed in an automated manner.
14. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) https://uodo.gov.pl
